Canister Mug thrown on my potter’s wheel using a toasty coloured clay. The mug is dipped into a clear, glossy glaze to allow the warm white clay to show through. Light blue skies glaze coats the lower section of the mug.

This tumbler came out off my last high firing. I love the speckled eggshell glaze with the shiny transparent glaze. It is SO tactile. When I saw it emerge from the kiln, I couldn’t wait to create some more of these cuties. So I did....and toda
Glazing combos of speckled yellow and white (clear glaze to show off the colour of the clay). This is all I have managed in 1 1/2 hours.....and I think that I am starting to melt. 🌞😊
