Canister Mug is thrown on my potter’s wheel using a warm, white stoneware clay. When the mug has dried to leather hard, the exterior is carved to create a lovely texture. The handle is applied and the Made By Powley stamp is pressed into the base of the handle.

The mug is covered in a speckled white glaze. It is extremely tactile.
