Canister Mug is thrown on my potter’s wheel using a warm, white stoneware clay. When the mug has dried to leather hard, the exterior is carved to create a lovely texture. The handle is applied and the Made By Powley stamp is pressed into the base of the handle.

The mug is covered in speckled orange and white glazes. It is extremely tactile.
