The bowl and whisk holder are created using warm white stoneware clay. The bowl is thrown on the wheel and then the spout is formed. The whisk holder is also thrown on the wheel. It has a hole in the base drain any water from the whisk. The MadeByPowley stamp is pressed into the base of both pieces.

After the pieces have dried and fired in the kiln, each is covered in glossy shades of green glaze. Extra glaze is added to the bowl to create the drippy effect. The bowl and whisk holder are then ready for the final firing. The results are stunning and so tactile!
